JUSGAR, the acronym for Junglhabits Spice Garden Resort, is the first ever spice garden of Uttarakhand based on the theme of relaxing with education and entertainment. At an attitude of 3000 ft, JUSGAR is situated about 17 kms from Kotdwar and is only 3 kms away from the Meerut–Pauri National Highway (NH119), near Umrella, a small beautiful village nestled in the lap of nature at Charekh road. It is a very natural and eco-friendly hill resort, which showcases the spectacular mountain views and great diversity of the flora and fauna of Uttarakhand.
The temperature here is very pleasant throughout the year. In summer it ranges between 20℃ to 30℃ while during winters it is nearly 5℃ to 15℃. The route from Kotdwar to JUSGAR is very scenic enhanced by views of the river Khoh flowing alongside through rocky cliffs.
